  • Timely Communication: Clients must respond promptly to requests for additional information or clarifications.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Deposit and Bank Transfer.
  • Payment Schedule: Full payment is required upfront before the commencement of the service.
  • Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our services, refunds are not available once work has commenced. Exceptions may apply at our discretion in cases of non-delivery or significant dissatisfaction.

5. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery times are based on the service package selected. Rush delivery options are available for an additional fee.
  • Revisions: Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions based on the service package chosen. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
